01 / Challenge

What needed to change

Field teams need to discover assignments, prove attendance, submit detailed recaps, and communicate reliably, while one codebase serves several branded applications and release tracks.

02 / Approach

How I worked

  • Owned job search, filters, pagination, maps, check-in and emergency checkout, location-aware photos, drafts, recaps, agreements, signatures, PDFs, tours, and supervisor workflows.
  • Implemented Pusher and Gifted Chat experiences, Firebase topic notifications and cold-start routing, deep links, encrypted API requests, connectivity-aware UX, and TTL/LRU caching.
  • Maintained Android and iOS brand flavors, environment configuration, release versioning and automation, native dependency fixes, and React Native upgrades.
03 / Outcome

The result

A long-lived platform supporting branded apps for Senegal, All Aces, Rockstar, Promo Social, WeWow, Cydcor, Productions Plus, and Tasting Company through a shared mobile foundation.
